Chapter x+y+11 - Tree Transporting

Walking back with my tree warriors was tedious. It would have been easier to trump, but I can't open a gate that large. Unfortunately they seemed intent on talking about the weather - presumably something that they are very much involved with.

Eventually I arrived back at Ygg. I took the trees to see Ygg, which they seemed very interested by. They then wandered off to look around the forest. I hope that they're not going to just wander off.

I also spent a little time talking to Ygg myself. It gave me the saplings that I needed to take somewhere. Wasn't very helpful about where though

This part of tree sticking out of me is beginning to get annoying. I think that I'm going to have to do something about it. Especially as the trees are here.

I sorted a few things out before I left with the saplings. It was supposed to take me 15 days to get there, but the saplings themselves didn't really know where they needed to go, which wasn't very helpful. All I got was a direction.

After a bit of divination (some very rudimentary human magic), which wasn't very successful (probably because it was human magic), I left. Shadow walking was going to take a while, so I thought that I ought to start.

One advantage was that I might not be around for the battle, but as I walked I became more concerned that I may come across the demons anyway, as Allagahn did. What if we were going in the direction of either of the keeps? Fortunately it turned out that we weren't - but we were going in the direction of Elysium.

Now that was where some of the demons were coming from. Plus it was about 15 days away. I took a chance and trumped there directly - at least it would mean that I wasn't going to bump into anyone unsavory.

It turned out that that was where the saplings did want to go anyway. I left them there - I can't put them exactly in the right place yet anyway. Gave a hand to Allagahn (can't he do anything by himself), and left.
