Powers and Partial Powers


The partial powers I'm using are based on existing internet works. Most of the partial powers are unmodified from ‘The Fixers' website at http://tripod.metalamber.com. I've duplicated the powers I'm using here with my modifications, most in the areas of differences between the Pattern Reflections (Kolvir, Rebma, Tir-na Nog'th), Corwin's Pattern, and the True Pattern.
The 'Fixers' work is based upon an earlier net project, but the Magic section was lost before he could convert it. Thus the sections on Sorcery, Conjuration and Magic are from John Biles website at http://www.dkcomm.net/rhea/AmberRPG/index.html. Again I've modified these in respect the various patterns and a couple of other areas I feel are appropriate. I've also re-ordered some of the material so it makes more logical reading.
The last section on Chi Powers is based upon Chi Powers by for his Nine Princes in Hongkong Campaign (http://matantisi.com/ghoul/9pinhk.html) and interpretation of some of the ideas presented by Eric Wujick in the Ninjas and Superspies® RPG for Palladium Books®.
